Advice required for a cluttered hoarder house clearance specialist in Lincoln. Services needed in the Lincoln area to help declutter clean up and clear a hoarded house. Looking for a licensed and insured hoarding cleaning company only.

Good Morning, I need information on a fully licensed house clearance company who specialise in clearing cluttered houses and who are also members of AFTA.
I have had a tenant living in my two bedroom house in Lincoln. He passed away last week and due to having no immediate family, I am the one who has to arrange a clearance of his belongings.
I visited the property yesterday to find that the tenant was a compulsive hoarder and that the property is extremely cluttered with junk. The clutter consists of mostly rubbish including stacks of old newspapers everywhere.
The property consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom.
To break it down, the living room is crammed full of rubbish, old furniture, piles and piles of newspapers and boxes full of crockery and ornaments.
The dining room has what looks like an eight seated table with chairs, on top of the table is boxes piled to the ceiling, I have no idea what is in the boxes, there is also a corner display cabinet, a huge sideboard, roughly 30 black bags of rubbish, clothing etc and more newspapers.
The kitchen has a cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer, the cupboards are full of crockery, food, small appliances etc, the kitchen is not too cluttered.
The bath in the bathroom is piled full of newspapers, empty cleaning bottles and toilet roll tubes.
I cannot access the bedrooms to give a more detailed description as there is a large amount of clutter and rubbish throughout the passage barricading both bedroom doors.
There is also a small loft which I believe will be empty as it is hard to access but would appreciate it if a house clearance company would check just in case.
Any details of a reputable house clearance company who specialise in clearing these types of extremely cluttered houses would be greatly appreciated.

Hi John, Last November I had a tenant living in my three bedroom house in Lincoln who sadly passed away, due to having no immediate family I had to arrange to have the house cleared myself.
The tenant lived in my house for many years and had never been a problem, but once I visited the house I had established that he was a compulsive hoarder and that he had been living in extreme clutter.
I realised the job was far too big for me to undertake on my own and took to AFTA for help.

They managed to finish the clearance by 11am on the third day, clearing the last bedroom and the bathroom.
During the house clearance process, the team managed to donate a full van load of furniture, books, clothing, crockery etc to charities in Lincoln, they also took three crates of food to a local food bank. The rest of the extreme amount of clutter and rubbish went to a recycling centre.
I was blown away at how quick and efficient the team worked, they were very professional and polite throughout the course of the three days.
