Hi AFTA
We have a 2 bedroom house that we would like to be cleared on either Sunday 4th or Monday 5th January.
There are 2 beds, 2 sofas, some bedroom drawers, small dining table and chairs, some living room furniture and some rubbish. There is also a very cluttered garage, shed and the loft space is also apparently full, never looked myself. Also we need all carpets uplifted.
Can you reply to this message with the name of a good, reliable house clearance company that works in the Alyth area. Would obviously prefer a fully licensed and insured company.

Good morning Malcolm, a few weeks ago I hired a fully licensed and insured house clearance company named Northern House Clearance to clear my late aunts two bedroom house and garage in Perthshire.
I called Northern House Clearance to receive a reasonable quote, they only required 48 hours notice, I booked their services for the 1st of September. Their was not a great deal to be cleared from the house, the clearance included two double beds and mattresses, a large chest of drawers, two double wardrobes, a dining table and four chairs, a two seater sofa and a coffee table, in the garage there was a large amount rubbish and tools.
A team of three house clearance specialists arrived at 9am to meet me at the house, it took them just over an hour to clear the whole house and garage and managed to get it all on one van.
