I write to enquire whether you can suggest a house clearance service in Barrow-in-Furness that can assist with clearing a property owned but not used by my parents. It would require the following to be taking away:
Double beds, 3 seater Couch, table and chairs, sideboard, various shelving units, bedding, clothes and various odds and ends. We did try to donate a few items to a charity shop in Barrow-in-Furness but they failed to show.
Additionally to the house clearance, we would require the property to be cleaned and all waste items cleared using correct disposal methods?
The property is a flat over a retail shop, based in the centre of Barrow-in-Furness and can be inspected by arrangement as the keys can be collected from an estate agents in Barrow-in-Furness.
Any recommendations you can provide for a licensed house clearance company would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

Hi, last week my brother and I cleared my uncles three bedroom flat in barrow-in-Furness, the flat was situated above a small restaurant on a high street. I contacted Northern House Clearance who provided me with a very reasonable quote.
I also checked to see if they are fully licensed and insured before I proceeded to use them. The team arrived 9am to collect the keys from the solicitors where they were being held. After having a local charity fail to show to collect most of the items from the flat, the team from Northern House Clearance sorted through all of the items and donated them for us, the rest went to local recycling centres.
