Hello my great aunt passed away earlier this year I am looking for someone to help clear the flat she owns.I don’t live local so finding it hard to find time to get to Biggleswade.
The flat is on the 4th floor and requires the usual house contents to be cleared, I am pretty stuck on who to call or where to start. If anyone has been left in a similar situation please let me know how you dealt with it.

Dean, hope all is well.
Try contacting Foxtons House Clearance, I have used them before for house clearance in Biggleswade and the service is ten out of ten.
I was chatting to the guys earlier this week whilst they were carrying out a clearance for me and one of the guys (Tony) had mentioned they were busy therefor must be very reputable. He had mentioned that he had to collect sets of keys for his next clearance as the customer was over 100 miles away and would not be present!
I am sure if you can arrange collection of a set of keys these guys will be able to carry out the full house clearance for you.
They are of course fully licensed and insured and provide everything necessary on the day, they completed a complete clearance of a 4 bed detached property for me in 1 day 9am – 4pm. They work very efficient and are a pleasure to deal with.
