Hi, I am looking to obtain contact details for a reliable insured house clearance firm based in Fenham.
I am the executor of my late mother’s three bedroom estate and I will need the property fully cleared before proceeding to put the house on the market. It is a typical family home with a converted loft area, two small outer shed’s and a garage, no excess clutter the property is very tidy.
I have already been in contact with a local charity store and made arrangements for some of the smaller furniture to be taken away but their will still be quiet a lot remaining. Although I am hoping to act on this rather quickly, I am based out of the area.

Hi Jessica, I live in Scotland and I recently had to clear out a late relatives two bedroom terraced home down in Newcastle, Fenham.
After thorough research I found details for a company called Northern House Clearance who provided an excellent service as well as a superb job. I did not need to be present on the day of the appointment, I posted a set of keys to their head office and they returned the keys first class signed for free of charge once the job was completed.
They also sent me photographs, before they started of each room and again once they had finished before I paid for any of the work done.
