I’m based in Stakeford and have recently gone through some family belongings. I’ve ended up with a small collection of jewellery — mainly 9ct and 18ct gold rings, a couple of older necklaces, some broken chains, and a few silver items including cutlery and coins.
I’ve tried one local jeweller but the offer felt very low, and auctions seem like a long wait once fees are taken off. Can anyone recommend the best place to sell gold jewellery and silver for cash near Stakeford?
I ran into the same issue. Local jewellers tend to price everything as scrap, especially broken gold or older pieces. Auctions aren’t much better once commission is deducted.
