The council immediately launched an investigation and discovered that the van was involved in multiple instances of serious fly-tipping across the city. Three Dead Boa Constrictors Fly-Tipped Near Glasgow Loch Spark

The Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) has issued a call for information following the discovery of three lifeless boa constrictors near Carbeth Loch in Blanefield, Glasgow.
