Hi AFTA, we need to clear 1 bedroom flat in Bannockburn and I was wondering if you could help advise to us a licensed, honest house clearance business in the Bannockburn with availability to clear the flat any day between the 15th and 25th of January.
We would like a house clearance operation that is fully licensed and can confirm the costs for clearing a 1 bedroom flat in writing to us via email. (We are going to leave the white goods only for the new owners).
We would also need the house clearance company to do all the cleaning after clearing.
Also would they need us to be present or can they work with the local estate agent who has keys to the property.

Hi Karen, Last week I consulted with AFTA to find a reliable and fully licensed house clearance company to clear my aunts two bedroom house in the Bridge of Allan area.
I called Scotland House Clearance on the Monday to receive a quote for the clearance and the clean, they were able to fit me in on the Thursday. As i live in London i arranged for the team from Scotland house clearance to collect the keys from a nearby estate agents who are dealing with the sale of the property.
