I am making enquiry’s for house clearance to have an apartment cleared in Boldon situated within a residential setting.
The house clearance company will have to clear a considerable amount of clutter/general junk, basic appliances and standard furniture. Very clean, tidy and organised.
Company to acquire the appropriate insurance and licenses and the relevant experience to carry out a thorough clearance whilst maintaining respect and representing a calm and patient approach for members of staff working and other residents the facility accommodates.

Hi Paula, I hired Northern House Clearance in Boldon who are based locally. I would highly recommend their company, they provided me and my family with an outstanding service. Both the office staff and the team who attended approached the matter with great empathy and were very understanding towards the circumstances at hand.
My late aunt lived within a large residential complex based near Boldon, she lived there approx over a period of four year, we were instructed to clear out all contents and we did not have long to do so. After initial contact, a team of three house clearance specialists turned up at 9 am, fully uniformed. They introduced themselves to the warden on duty, signed in and took note of access in and out of the building due to the safety of other residents this was very important. On a whole the job took between 1/2 hours and it was completed with the utmost respect and dignity.
