Hi, I am looking to find out how much roughly it would cost to clear a house by a fully licensed and insured house clearance service, it is tidy and we will have removed a lot of the content however some will be left – it will leave mainly furniture needing collected – approx. 5 single beds, 2 dining tables and chairs, sofa and 2 chairs, 3 bookcases, 2 filing cabinets, 4 sideboards, various other smaller items
The property is in Callander, I am looking to find out very rough costs and an indication of the lead time – how long from booking until clearance can be done

Hello George, Last week I hired a company called Northern House Clearance to clear my late uncles three bedroom ground floor flat in Dunblane.
I called them up on the Tuesday and received a very reasonable quote, they managed too book me in for the Friday as they only require 48 hours notice. On the Friday a team of three fully uniformed house clearance specialists arrived at 9 am, they began the clearance of the flat after introducing themselves.
I had managed to clear most of the smaller items including bric a brac clothing etc leaving roughly eight pieces of furniture, some small kitchen appliances, a fridge freezer and carpets.
