I own a property in Doune but do not live there. We plan to refurbish, so not a full house clearance needed but do require the services of a licensed and insured service.
Items that need to be removed are as follows
1 large Italian wardrobe (will need dismantling)
1 washing machine
1 wooden china cabinet
1 wood bookcase
1 single electric adjustable bed (quite heavy)
Any advice you can give would be appreciated and although I understand you cannot see the goods is there anyway the house clearance firm you recommend can give me an approx price ?

Good Afternoon, I decided to refurb one of my properties in the Plean area so that i could let it out. I live in London so needed a house clearance company that were able to collect the keys from an estate agents. There was a basic amount of furniture in the house, as well as an old washing machine and three twenty year old carpets. The house clearance specialists arrived to collect the keys from the estate agents at 9am, they cleared the house of all contents requested and kept me updated as they went, providing me with before and after photographs via email.
