I’m looking for a house clearance company to clear things left in a 2 bedroom flat in Houghton-Le-Spring. I’m looking for the removal of the washing machine, fridge, cooker etc plus removal of wall tiles, laminate flooring, possible removal of wood chip paper, removal of toilet, basin and possible Bath.
Removal of kitchen units, light fittings. It’s basically a total clear out of the flat to bring it back to a shell for refurbishment.
Please advise of a licensed and insured reliable company i can use in this area please.

I bought a two bedroom flat in Houghton-Le-Spring a few months ago, I bought this flat because it was fairly cheap due to being in a state. I needed a house clearance company in Houghton-Le-Spring to come in and completely empty it so that I was left with a shell. After gathering a few quotes I went ahead to use a great company called Northern House Clearance.
A team of three guys arrived to clear the flat, they took the washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer etc, all of the laminate and carpets were took and all of the fixtures in the kitchen including wall units etc. The toilet and sink in the bathroom were to remain but the bath was also to go.
The guys from Northern House Clearance has absolutely no problems clearing my flat for me, they gave me an absolutely outstanding service, they left me with a shell. I am now in the process of totally redoing the flat out ready for re sale.
