Good afternoon,
I’m looking for a quote for the clearance of a two bed apartment in Middlesborough please, the building is a converted mill with easy parking.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, separated from the lift by 1 set of fire doors. It has two bedrooms, and is largely empty apart from some furniture.
I can provide photographs if necessary.
The sitting room and utility room are up a spiral staircase.
Can anyone provide details of a licensed house clearance company to carry out the job.

Good Afternoon Josie,
In January, I hired a company called Northern House Clearance to clear my fifth floor three bedroom apartment in Middlesborough.
I had moved into a smaller two bedroom first floor flat nearby, due to this, there was only a few large items of furniture, a washing machine and a few bags and boxes of clothing, ornaments etc to be cleared.
I booked a date for the team to come out, they met me at the apartment at 9am and began the clearance straight away.
Due to the small amount of stuff remaining, it took just under an hour for the clearance to be carried out, the team were highly professional and very helpful throughout the process.
