Dear AFTA I am trying to find a company that will move a 6 foot long (low) sideboard from my Mum’s living room to her garage – it is too heavy for us to manage. It involves taking it down about 13 steps.
There is also about 20 bin liners of used clothing that need clearing and maybe they could be given to a charity. Could you recommend anyone local please?
The house is in Plean – Stirlingshire.

Hi Laura, A few days ago I hired a reputable and fully licensed company called Northern house clearance Plean to do a small removal and house clearance for me. I required a fridge freezer and a washing machine to be moved from my two bedroom third floor flat in Doune – Stirlingshire to to my grans house a few streets away.
I also needed a few small bits of furniture and about ten boxes of bric a brac removed. Northern house clearance Plean offered a very reasonable quote, the house clearance specialists were very polite and in full uniform, had the whole job done within the hour.
