Hiya AFTA I need details for a honest insured house clearance company that cover the Rowlands Gill area please. I am moving abroad and I am leaving most of the stuff behind.
I would prefer the items to be donated to charity as they are in good condition but I do not have the time or transportation. I live in a two bedroom flat on the third floor, their is a lift for access. No white goods are to be taken and the wardrobes are built in.
Can I have details for a professional company please. Thank you

Hello Meredith, have you heard of Northern House Clearance?
I downsized from a four bedroom property in Rowland’s Gill earlier on this year to a one bedroom bungalow and I hired them to take care of the items I no longer needed. They donated a lot of stuff to charity stores and even put me in contact with the British Heart Foundation who were able to take bits and bobs of small furniture away too.
It made a sad situation feel quiet rewarding knowing my stuff would be going to a good cause thanks to this company making the time to donate as much as they can. Items they were unable to donate got recycled, they carry their waste carriers license and are fully insured.
All three guys that turned up were very friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend their house clearance services.
