Good Evening, I am inquiring to get the details of a professional, efficient house clearance company that cover the Ryton area that can act fast. I am a landlord and I have recently had the task of dealing with an end of tenancy that has left the property in question in a terrible state. I am looking to have a thorough clearance carried out of all household contents including all carpets throughout the property.

The property presents itself as a two bedroom terraced house with a loft and outside storage facility’s. Their is a small shed that I would like completely removed alongside its contents. Their is also an outside table and chairs, a small children’s plastic slide and some garden waste.

Once the clearance has been completed I am looking for the property to be cleaned. Any recommendations would have to be fully registered by AFTA and insured. Thank you

Hi Norman, I found myself in a very similar situation and it is not an easy process but having dealt with Northern House Clearance and receiving exceptional services I can reassure you, the job in hand is not as bad as it seems.

I had a property in the Ryton area they assisted with back in September. How the property was left is how their house clearance professionals go in and clear it for you. Nothing in the property phased the team and it was not in a habitable state should we say (politely). They also dealt with the uplift and removal of all carpets and underlay throughout the house. Garden waste piled outside was also taken care of at no additional costs.

Once the property had been fully cleared they then proceeded to carry out an after house clearance cleaning service which exceeded expectations.

If I am ever in need of a professional company who provide an outstanding service, I would not hesitate in contacting Northern House Clearance Ryton again. Highly recommended.
