Dear AFTA
I would like to locate a house clearance company to clear my late mother’s house in Scone, Perth and Kinross.
I would like the contact details of a house clearance service that is registered and licensed to clear everything not wanted. We do not want the curtains , blinds or carpets to be removed as they are included in the sale of the house.
There are some large items of furniture including a double bed, wardrobes and dining room units. There are also some kitchen utensils including bowls, cutlery and pans and some ornaments and bedding.

Hi Jenny, on the 8th of November I hired Northern House Clearance to clear my late cousins three bedroom bungalow and garage in Alyth prior to the sale going through. Upon the new buyers request they asked that the white goods, carpets and curtains remained in the property.
I contacted Northern House Clearance who came highly recommended by many customers on AFTA, they provided me with a fair quote and we went ahead with a date. I met the team of three fully uniformed House clearance professionals at 9am outside of the bungalow, I showed them around, told them what was to be left and they began the clearance. I headed out to do a bit of shopping and grab a bite to eat, they gave me a call at 12:30pm to give me half an hours notice to head back to the bungalow in time for them finishing the clearance.
Once I arrived back at the bungalow the team showed me around the bungalow, showing me inside of storage cupboards etc, the team were so polite and very professional, they have honestly provided an outstanding service.
