Dear AFTA I am looking to find a reliable house clearance company in the Stranraer area to provide a quotation for clearing my mother’s flat in Stranraer.
It is 2 bedroom (though I bedroom is used as a dining room), with separate lounge, kitchen and bathroom. It is an up stair’s flat (Ist floor)
Please note: I am not currently resident in the UK. I will be in the UK next week, and will be in Stranraer, with my brother, getting valuations to sell my mother’s flat, as she has moved into a care home.

Hi Laura, last month I hired a reputable company that came highly recommended by AFTA. The company – Northern House Clearance came out to clear my mums three bedroom flat in Dumfries.
My mum who is now living in a residential home had many larger items of furniture left in her flat, the team from Northern House Clearance cleared her whole flat within a few hours, they also donated a few pieces of the furniture to a local charity. I hope this helps you.
