Looking to have a house cleared in Tynemouth. Property has 5 bedrooms with en-suites, a shared kitchen and communal lounge area.
Place is an absolute mess, previously let out to students over a period of 12 month and it has been trashed top to bottom.
Every room must be cleared, all furniture must be disposed of including a broken refrigerator and washing machine. There is also a patio to the back of the property, garden furniture and a barbecue to also be taken away and disposed of. I would also like the property cleaned throughout.

AFTA recommend a local company called Northern House Clearance Tynemouth, they specialise in property clearances and are licensed to carry out the work in question. I used them a few month back now to clear out a three bedroom student apartment in Tynemouth. Quiet relatable, property was an absolute bomb site and required a team of professionals to tackle the nightmare I was facing.
White goods, all furniture/waste was removed including the carpets. I also booked them to do a cleaning service after the house clearance was completed and it was all done within the day at a very affordable price.
