Looking to have a house cleared in Whickham (Gateshead). It is a two bedroom, single bathroom semi-detached bungalow.
The garage would also need cleared. The majority of items in the house are the major items;
Chairs, tables, beds (2), wardrobes, white goods (washing machine, tumble dryer, under counter fridge and freezer).
Most other items have already been moved from the house.
The small single garage is relatively empty but does have a mix of items some of which are just for the bin but other items are perfectly usable garden maintenance items. Company has to be insured and preferably registered with AFTA.

Hey Andrea, Hoping this helps.
I booked a house clearance through Northern House Clearance on the 29th September to empty a property I recently purchased within the Whickham area. I had a three bedroom apartment and garage full of old furniture, white goods and carpets I did not want to keep. Upon research, I found Northern House Clearance to be the most competent company to complete the job required, they are also registered with AFTA.
The whole ordeal was rather stressful for me and my husband but their process was quiet straight forward and I was amazed (to say the least) at how quickly the house clearance specialists cleared the place considering the volume of contents they had to remove. If I am ever phased with the dawning task of clearing out a property in the nearer future I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.
