Advice required for a cluttered hoarder house clearance specialist in Birmingham. Services needed in the Birmingham area to help declutter clean up and clear a hoarded house. Looking for a licensed and insured hoarding cleaning company only.

Could you supply me with some details of a fully insured house clearance firm who are members of AFTA and also specialise in clearing cluttered houses.
I have a two bedroom, two reception room third floor flat in Birmingham. A tenant who has lived in the flat for near on 20 years passed away last week, he has no immediate family so I have to arrange the clearance of the flat myself.
I visited the flat this morning and realised that the clearance would have to be done by a specialist house clearance company due to the large amount of clutter and rubbish throughout.
When you open the front door the hallway is empty, the living room has a three piece suite in the centre and thousands of magazines covering the rest of the floor piled to the ceiling. The two bedrooms have no access whatsoever, you can peek through the door to be greeted with floor to ceiling boxes and bags which I believe is rubbish, the dining room is accessible but again piled floor to ceiling with magazines with very little floor space. The kitchen is extremely cluttered with mountains of tinned food on the bench tops, floor and on top of the cupboards.
I need a specialist house clearance who can just come in and clear the whole flat hassle free, Any info would be much appreciated.

Good Afternoon Mick, Two weeks ago I visited my mum at her three bedroom cluttered flat in Birmingham, she used to always visit me until she became ill, so I had never been to her flat for many years.
I entered her flat which honestly describes your flat, she had a small couch in what looked like the living room area and around it was extreme clutter including boxes of rubbish that had been piled floor to ceiling, it turns out my mum had been buying on TV for many years and has a hoarding problem.
All the bedrooms, kitchen and even bathroom were the same. I didn’t want my mum living like this in her old age, so I arranged to have her flat cleared whilst she came and stayed with me for a few days.
I found a company called The Cluttered House Clearance Company who specialise in these kinds of cluttered clearances, they advised that the clearance could take a few days and gave me a fair quote.
I booked their services and arranged to meet them at the flat. On the day, a team of three fully uniformed hoarded house clearance specialists arrived in a large van to begin the clearance.
I stuck around for the first day, and they managed to clear all the clutter out of the living room, bathroom and kitchen. Underneath all the clutter, the furniture was not in too bad condition, so I asked for it to be left.
On the 2nd day the specialists arrived at 9am again and began the clearance straight away, they managed to clear the rest of the flat on the 2nd day as all the furniture and appliances were now staying.
I asked if the flat could be cleaned afterwards, they done this with no problem.
Now my mum is living happily in her clutter free flat, I check on her most days and have hired a cleaner for twice a week so that the same problem doesn’t occur.
I can honestly recommend this firm to you, the team have done an outstanding job in such a short time, they are specialists in clearing cluttered and hoarded houses and area fully insured to do so.

Like you, I had a tenant living in one of my three bedroom houses in Birmingham.
The tenant vacated the house leaving it in utter disrepair, the house was extremely cluttered with junk from floor to ceiling.
