I am looking to have a two bedroom terraced house cleared in Bradford by the end of next week. I understand this is such notice but have been let down by a clearance company who were meant to arrive this morning.
I am looking for a house clearance company who specialise in clearing extremely cluttered houses and I understand that it may be costly and take a few days.
My uncles house is being sold next Friday, he was a hoarder and lived in the house for over thirty years, every room is full of boxes of bric a brac, old bikes, appliances and a lot of furniture, looking at it, it does not seem like there is much rubbish apart from in the kitchen.
Everything including carpets and appliances are to be cleared and I also require a clean to be carried out afterwards. Can you give me details of a reputable, fully licensed house clearance company house specialise in clearing extremely cluttered houses.

Hi Deborah. A few months ago I was also let down by a house clearance company who were meant to assist with the clearance of my Great aunts cluttered and hoarded town house in Bradford.
I consulted with AFTA and found great feedback on a house clearance company who specialise in clearing cluttered houses, the company is called The Cluttered House Clearance Company and their details are tel: 07731383671 Email: clutteredclearances@yahoo.com.
My great Aunt passed away, and we needed the house cleared quite urgently due to the council requesting the keys back pretty much straight away.
The cluttered house clearance specialists arrived promptly to clear the house, they managed to book me in within a few days.
They began the clearance straight away and managed to clear the first floor on the first day taking hundreds of boxes of bric-a-brac, clothing and even furniture to local charity shops and managed to find some jewellery which they gave to me straight away.
On the second day the specialists cleared half of the second floor (this was the worst floor), doors had to be taken from the hinges just to get into the rooms, the clutter was piled floor to ceiling in every room, as they went they boxed hundreds of items for charity and kept all valuable items to one side for me, including jewellery, a painting, some antiques and family photographs.
On the third day the team cleared the remainder of the second floor and began the third floor, everything went smoothly.
On the fourth day they cleared the remainder of the third floor and cleaned the house afterwards. Thousands of items were donated to charity throughout the process and the rest went to various recycling centers.
I am very thankful to the team who made a daunting process so easy, I even gave the team a tip each.
I can not stress enough at how cluttered and hoarded the house was, the team really are specialists in their field.

Hi Deborah, I have also used The Cluttered House Clearance Company in the past to clear my great aunts extremely cluttered three bedroom house in Bradford.
The cluttered house clearance specialists provided an outstanding service, donated a huge amount to charity, and found valuables that were buried in the clutter for me.

We have a member that is fully licensed with the UK Environment Agency and also fully insured to undertake the clearance of hoarded and cluttered houses.
