Hello, I am hoping to get the keys on the 3rd of April for a house that I purchased at auction last week. I purchased the house sold as seen and require information of a fully licensed house clearance company who specialise in clearing extremely cluttered houses.
The house is a two bedroom terraced with a yard in Brighton and Hove. I understand that the clearance will definitely take more than one day.
It looks like the house has not been lived in for several years, I want absolutely everything including carpets and appliances to be cleared. The Living room is piled with stacker boxes, I have looked in a few of them, they are filled with bric a brac, old newspapers, books, clothing etc, the dining room has a large twelve seater dining table and twelve chairs, about 70 stacker boxes of bric a brac, two large armchairs, a sideboard and about 50 bin bags of rubbish, there is no horrible smell so I imagine none of the rubbish is food waste.
The kitchen is basic with cupboards full of food, dinnerware etc, a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
The two upstairs bedrooms are the worst with extreme clutter, nothing is boxed up. In each room seems to be a double bed which is piled high with clothing, bric a brac, rubbish etc as well as the surrounding floor area. I would say the clutter is to waist height, in each bedroom is a double cupboard which has no access due to the clutter barricading them.
I have been in the loft and to my surprise is empty. I need details of a professional house clearance company who specialise in clearing extreme clutter from houses. I have took time off work the first week of next month to have the clearance carried out if this helps.

Good Afternoon Angela. At the end of January I purchased a house from auction under the same kind of circumstance, I managed to get the house cheap due to this reason.
The house is a three bedroom terraced in Brighton and Hove. The previous owner of the house must have been a hoarder due the clutter that was throughout the property.
I did extensive research to find a reputable, fully insured house clearance company who specialise in clearing cluttered and hoarded houses. I found a company called The Cluttered House Clearance Company and after reading a few of their testimonials I was sold.
I managed to book the clearance pretty quickly as I was eager to refurbish the house.
A team of three fully uniformed and very professional hoarded house clearance specialists arrived in a large van to begin the clearance.
It took four days in total to clear as every room was stacked floor to ceiling with clutter, what I can only describe as bric-a-brac, clothing, rubbish and even some food waste throughout.
The team manage to donate a large quantity of the smaller furniture, ornaments and clothing to local charities while the rest had to be recycled. I
I could not recommend the team more, they are a very professional company and only specialise in these types of cluttered clearances. I could tell by the way they worked that they have done this a thousand times over.

The company are extremely professional and are highly qualified to carry out extremely cluttered house clearances.
