Good afternoon, I have a three bedroom extremely cluttered house that needs clearing in Exeter.
A tenant has vacated the house leaving what I can only describe as a whole house of junk behind. I am looking for info on a fully licensed and insured professional company who specialise in clearing cluttered houses.
I can’t believe that some people have the audacity to do this to another person, has anyone else been through this kind of thing before?
I need everything including carpets and appliances to be cleared, I visited the house last week and took a large collection of detailed photographs if this would help?
I can’t express enough just how cluttered the house actually is, it is unlike anything I have seen before and I believe a lot of the furniture could be donated to charity as it is all pine, but I want everything completely cleared, I am done with renting out and wish to sell the house once it is cleared.
Any info would be much appreciated.

Good Morning Angela, In October I had the same problem with a horrible tenant who left my property in a right state.
The house is a two bedroom in Exeter and was very cluttered with rubbish, junk and a vast amount of bric-a-brac and clothing.
I hired a company called The Cluttered House Clearance Company who only specialise in clearing these types of dirty and cluttered houses.
The team who cleared the house for me have done an outstanding job.
The downstairs was completely full of rubbish and junk, it took the hoarded house clearance specialists two days alone to completely clear the downstairs. Some furniture and all the bric-a-brac and clothing got donated to charity throughout these two days.
The upstairs on the other hand took four days, the clutter was not organised, every room looked as if junk had just been thrown in for years, the tenants only lived in the house for eight months, I have no idea how they accumulated so much junk.
I was skeptical about hiring a company to clear the house as I was so embarrassed at the state of it, but the specialists were understanding and assured me they had seen worse believe it or not.
It took six days in total to clear the whole house, numerous van loads went to charity and loads of van loads went to recycling.
A very professional company I must say, they have excellent reviews and an excellent reputation, I can highly recommend them from my experience.
They made this extremely daunting situation seem so easy for me.

Last year I was tasked with having my great aunts extremely cluttered house cleared in Exeter.
I also used The Cluttered House Clearance Company and can agree with Stephanie that they are the most qualified company to use to clear extremely cluttered houses.
The cluttered house clearance specialists are very professional, hard-working and are discreet when carrying out the clearance.
