Advice required for a cluttered hoarder house clearance specialist in Lancaster. Services needed in the Lancaster area to help declutter clean up and clear a hoarded house. Looking for a licensed and insured hoarding cleaning company only.

Good Morning, I am requiring details of a fully licensed and insured specialist house clearance company to clear my mums three bedroom extremely cluttered house and garage in Lancaster.
My mum has been moved into residential care as her home is no longer habitable.
My mum is a happy healthy woman who would come and visit me often and come around my house for special occasions, so I had never visited her home for several years, and now I know why.
Her home is extremely cluttered, without exaggerating you can’t even see floor space, the only part of the house which is sparsely cluttered is the main hallway from the front door, and even that is cluttered compared to an average house.
I am in absolute shock that my mum has lived like this for many years without telling anyone or letting anyone help her.
I am unsure of what my mum has taken with her, so I need a reliable company that can keep things aside for us if they come across my mums jewellery or anything of value.
Though the house is extremely cluttered a lot of it looks like new and modern stuff that she may have bought online so could possible be donated to charity. I would appreciate a company who donates to charities instead of seeing it all go to waste.
I have never done this before, so I am unsure on the process, could someone please explain this to me?

Good afternoon Anne. Last year I had to hire a company to clear my mums cluttered and hoarded bungalow in Lancaster.
My mum had moved into residential care due to the state of her home.
Like you, I had never done this before, so I consulted with AFTA to find the appropriate company who specialise in clearing cluttered houses.
I read through other stories that people had posted, and they all sounded like ours, the most recommended company for the job was The Cluttered House Clearance Company.
I called up to get some information and to receive a quote, I was happy with the quote and gave them some dates I had in mind, when I came off the phone, I received a confirmation via email with my quote and information about the service that would be carried out.
When the day of the appointment came around, two men and a lady all in full uniform, met me at the house at 9am, they had a quick look around and began the job straight away.
On the first day of the clearance, the cluttered house clearance specialists began clearing the living room first, when the living room was cleared they began with the dining room, moving all items into the now empty living room which I may want or could be donated to charity.
It took one day to clear the living room, dining room and kitchen and by this point, one whole van load was donated to three local charities in Lancaster.
On the second day of the clearance, the team again arrived at 9am, they began clearing one of the bedrooms, whilst clearing the bedroom, they found all of my mums jewellery and personal paperwork which they handed to me straight away.
Whilst clearing the other two rooms they found some antique silver cutlery for me.
The team managed to clear the remainder of my mums bungalow and the garage on the second day, another half of a van load went to charity whilst the rest went to recycling.
The team were very professional throughout the two days and were understanding of my situation, my mums bungalow is now empty and can be sold.
I am very thankful to The Cluttered House Clearance Company for making this situation easy for me and for finding my mums jewellery, she was over the moon, she thought she lost it many years ago.

Hi Anne, Last year my gran went into residential care, I had to arrange to have her extremely cluttered and hoarded house cleared in Lancaster.
I did some research online and found a company called The Cluttered House Clearance Company, I read a few of their cluttered house clearance testimonials and booked their services.
The cluttered house clearance specialists who arrived to clear the house were very professional, they completed the clearance within just two days, they found all my grans jewellery, family photographs and her will for me and also donated a van full of stuff to a charity in Lancaster.

We have a member that is fully licensed with the UK Environment Agency and also fully insured to undertake the clearance of hoarded and cluttered houses.
