Advice required for a cluttered hoarder house clearance specialist in Hammersmith and Fulham. Services needed in the Hammersmith and Fulham area to help declutter clean up and clear a hoarded house. Looking for a licensed and insured hoarding cleaning company only.

Good Morning, I am looking for some help, last week I had to evict a tenant due to unpaid rent, I visited the property this morning to find out that they have left it in an awful state.
The house has three bedrooms and is verminous and extremely cluttered.
I had a feeling that the tenants were hoarders but never knew the extent, I planned to visit the house to remove anything that had been left and give it a clean ready to let it back out, but have been faced with which seems like a two-week job.
I need information on a house clearance company who specialise in clearing verminous and cluttered houses in the Hammersmith and Fulham area.
The house has three bedrooms, a living room, conservatory, kitchen and dining room.
The Bedrooms have beds, wardrobes and bedside units, they are buried amongst mountains of rubbish and junk, the tenants had cats living in the house so there are litter trays amongst the rubbish too.
The living room has a three-piece suite, a small table, a shelving unit, a television, a television stand and a large sideboard, there are clear boxes full of children toys, broken toys lying around, black bags full of food waste and there is dirty laundry and shoes piled around.
The dining room has a dining table and chairs, a sideboard, two armchairs and a shelving unit, there are boxes and bags piled high containing rubbish, toys, books, bric-a-brac and magazines.
The kitchen has a corner piled to the ceiling with black bags of food waste, there are empty food cans covering the bench tops, the fridge freezer has been switched off with rotten food inside and the stench is unbearable.
The conservatory has a three-piece sofa suite, bags of clothing everywhere, toys and boxes of crockery.
The bathrooms are both quite clean with the basic shampoo bottles to be cleared.
As well as having a house clearance carried out, I want the whole house to be cleaned too, all carpets, appliances and curtains are to be removed.
There is a small front garden which has bags of rubbish, a small trampoline and bits of broken toys, is this something a house clearance company can clear?
Any info on a reputable house clearance company would be much appreciated.

Good Afternoon Nick, Last November I was faced with the same problem from a tenant who left my property in such a state. The house is a three bedroom situated in Hammersmith and Fulham.
The tenants had accumulated vast amounts of rubbish and clutter over the two years of them living in the house, I planned to clear it myself but once I started it seemed never ending, so I took to AFTA to find a house clearance company who specialise in clearing extremely cluttered and verminous houses.
I found a company called The Cluttered House Clearance Company, they are specialists in clearing extremely cluttered, hoarded and verminous houses.
The house had three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen and yard that needed clearing.
The yard was not visible, there were mountains of black bags containing food waste, this caused a rat infestation that manifested throughout the house too, the yard also had old rusted bikes, a barbecue and a broken shed.
The dining room looked as though it had a hammer took to it, all the furniture had been smashed up, there were piles of old magazines and newspapers, bags of food waste and mice droppings everywhere.
The living room had a three-piece sofa suite, two fridge freezers, three large footstools, a sideboard and a shelving unit, there was also huge amount of loose bric-a-brac, clothing, rubbish and books covering the floor space.
Both bathrooms were covered in feces, most likely belonging to a dog.
All the bedrooms were extremely cluttered with broken furniture, piles of children toys, dirty laundry, rubbish and food waste.
The whole house was absolutely disgusting, especially since the tenants had small children living with them.
I phoned The Cluttered House Clearance Company to explain how cluttered the house was and to receive a quote, Tiffany who I spoke to assured me that they had cluttered house clearance specialists who could clear it, I received a fair quote considering the state of the house and I also booked their cleaning services.
The guys arrived at 9am and cracked on with the clearance straight away, they drove their luton van up the back lane and cleared the yard first, after this they cleared the living room and dining room.
On the second day of the clearance, the cluttered house clearance specialists cleared the kitchen, two bathrooms, upstairs hallway and one of the bedrooms.
On the third day they managed to clear the remaining two bedrooms and clean the whole house, all carpets, appliances and curtains were also cleared.
Nothing could be donated to charity due to the mouse droppings and decaying food waste that was covering everything.
The house looked completely different, there was no bad smell, no dirt in the bathrooms or kitchen, everything was spic and span.
The Cluttered House Clearance Company had provided me with an outstanding service from start to finish.

We have a member that is fully licensed with the UK Environment Agency and also fully insured to undertake the clearance of hoarded and cluttered houses.
