Advice required for a cluttered hoarder house clearance specialist in Norwich. Services needed in the Norwich area to help declutter clean up and clear a hoarded house. Looking for a licensed and insured hoarding cleaning company only.

Good Afternoon AFTA, I am trying to find some information on a reputable house clearance company who can clear my great aunts three bedroom extremely cluttered house in Norwich.
I live in Spain and will be unable to be present for the clearance, I currently hold the keys here with me and want to know whether I can post them out to a house clearance companies head office. I wonder if anyone has done this before?
When my aunt passed away I attended her funeral and visited her home then.
I planned to clear her home myself ready to sell it but found that due to the extreme amount of clutter I would need professionals to do it for me.
The house consists of three bedrooms, a lounge, a dining room, two bathrooms, a conservatory, a kitchen and a garage.
Every room apart from the living room where my aunt had slept for the past several years is extremely cluttered with mountains of rubbish and junk.
I am the only family my aunt had and due to living and working abroad I hadn’t visit her home regularly so never seen the extreme conditions she had been living in.
I want a reputable and reliable firm who can undertake the clearance for me, the company must be reliable as I am sure my aunts jewellery may be buried amongst the clutter in her bedroom.
Her jewellery is very sentimental to me, if a company found it, I would need it posted out to my home in Spain, is this possible?

Hi Brandon, Last year my mum passed away, I had to arrange to have her hoarded house cleared in Norwich.
I live in Australia and could not be present for a company to clear my mums home.
I gathered information on house clearance companies who cover the Norwich area, and found The Cluttered House Clearance Company.
I called up to get more detailed information and receive a quote, I spoke with a kind woman called Tiffany who gave me extensive information on the services they offer and gave me a fair quote, I explained my situation of living abroad and give details on how cluttered and hoarded my mums home was, Tiffany gave me the address of their head office where I could post the keys too and assured me that they would be posted securely back to me 1st class and signed for.
On the day of the clearance the cluttered house clearance specialists arrived at 9am, they emailed me throughout the day sending me photographs of valuables they have found and photographs of the empty rooms that they managed to clear.
The team finished at 6pm on the first day and arrived back at the house at 9am on the second day to begin the clearance again.
On the second day the team began clearing my mums extremely cluttered bedrooms, whilst clearing, they found my mums jewellery, they sent me photographs of the jewellery and some more valuables that they had found.
The team pretty much cleared the whole house on the second day but had to go back a third day to clear the garage. It took one hour to clear the garage.
Once they were finished the whole clearance, they took photographs of the empty house and garage and emailed them across to me, they also emailed me a copy of my invoice.
Tiffany called me from head office to take payment, she sent me a copy of my card receipt via email and confirmed my home address.
The guys took my mums valuables back to the head office where Tiffany securely packed them for me and sent them to my home 1st class and recorded delivery along with the keys to my mums house.
I received my parcel a week later and I could not have been happier that they managed to find all of my mums jewellery, some antiques which I never knew were there, and photograph albums which belonged to my mum.
A very professional and reliable company who I can highly recommend undertaking any hoarded house clearance.
The staff were very professional too with keeping me updated via email throughout the course of the three days.

We have a member that is fully licensed with the UK Environment Agency and also fully insured to undertake the clearance of hoarded and cluttered houses.
