Hoarders House Clearance Newham

Good Morning, I have a huge problem and hope that you can help.

Growing up my mum was a compulsive hoarder, I was the only child, and she pushed me away as collecting come first.

When I turned sixteen I left home never to see my mum again as we just didn’t get on, it was as if I wasn’t her child, she treasured what she collected, treating her “prize possessions” as her babies.

My mum has now passed away and I have inherited her home, I want nothing to do with the dingy horrendous house I grew up in, so I need to have it cleared so that I can sell it and move on with my life.

Her house is a huge private farm house in Newham – London.

The house is a three part house with a six bedroom farmhouse as the main house, a two bedroom cottage and a large converted three bedroom barn.

I visited the estate recently and found that over the years her hoarding problem clearly got worse, I am looking for a specialist house clearance company who clear these types of cluttered and hoarded houses in Newham.

I believe it will take about a month to completely clear, there is that much stuff.

I want absolutely nothing kept from any of the houses, everything can go.

The main house has six bedrooms, two kitchens, a dining room, a study, two lounges, a sun room, six bathrooms, eight storage rooms, a wine cellar and a loft.

The whole house is completely covered with clutter, most rooms are piled to waist height with mountains of bric-a-brac, boxes, rubbish, clothing etc.

Underneath all the clutter is excessive amounts of furniture, because each room is so big, there are large amounts of furniture.

I believe there could be some antiques and valuables hidden amongst the clutter, I would appreciate it if they could be donated to charity.

The cottage consists of two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen, a dining room and a sun room.

My mum must have used the cottage to store stuff once she ran out of space in the main house, the two bedrooms are full to the brim, you can’t even see floor space.

The lounge is piled high with boxes of clutter, loose clutter and even stacks of furniture, and the kitchen has never been used as a kitchen, it has been filled with boxes of junk and old tools.

The dining room has old broken furniture, a few old appliances and about ten bikes in it, the sun room isn’t sunny, the windows have been covered with boxes piled to the ceiling, there is a small amount of floor space visible.

The bathroom is completely full of boxes of junk.

The barn isn’t as bad as the other two houses, it has no furniture in it, each room has huge amounts of loose clutter and junk, piled to about ankle height.

As well as the houses, there are a few cars lying around, I would like these removed too.

A huge amount could be donated to charity, whilst taking photographs of the rooms to provide to a house clearance company, I seen there was a lot of new items including clothing, books, gift set etc.

I would greatly appreciate any info on a specialist house clearance company in Newham.

Thank you, Sarah.
